Ok guys are there is some confusion here.

Testosterone converts into two very distinct hormones.
And DHT OR DIHYDROTESTOSTERONE, OR 5a-dihydrotestosterone.

Testosterone converts into DHT via 5a reductase.

Other names for DHT are..

Androstolone, stanolone, anabolex, anaprotin, andractim, androlone, gelovit, pseomax, stanaprl, neoprol, adactrim, testexdht, and of course the first real copy and strongest formula on the market TITAN.

DHT is used in science and in medicine as an androgen, it cannot via any pathway convert into Testosterone.
It cannot aromatize, and so therefore it cannot cause any of the sides associated with Testosterone conversion into estrogen.

DHT has 33 times the affinity to Androgen receptors than Testosterone.
If a person is born with congenital 5-a reductase deficiency , you wont have the predominant characteristics of a fully developed man, and some of these are..
Gyno , small penis, high balls, low testosterone, a round face, weak features, no body hair, small chin, saggy skin.
They may have normal testosterone levels, but without DHT they do not develop normally.

DHT binds stronger to receptors than estrogen, which is why it can be used instead of aromasin, arimidex or letro to reduce estrogen without lowering igf. Even though aromasin elevates igf , it does not to the same degree dht does.

DHT can be used to prevent gyno, and it has been used to treat gyno caused by a lack of dht in many clinical studies. Masteron was used as an injectable because of its ability to bind to the androgen receptor and reduce GYNO, it also can lower water retention on cycle caused by estrogen and prolactin.
DHT does this to a far greater degree, it also reduces SHBG far more than provirion, winny or masteron.

The other way DHT works is to increase penis length, by binding to the receptors in the penis it increases length, health, and girth of the erection and flaccid penis. Studies have shown DHT to be the only successful way to treat a small penis or micro penis. And its been prescribed for this with an inflated price tag.

TITAN is DHT nothing else, with a unique carrier its able to penetrate and bind to the androgen receptor, it lowers estrogen, dries up the user, and increases mental clarity. Over time prolonged use increases the penis length and makes the user more masculine.

Why would you want to lower your estrogen, or use a synthetic estrogen when you can use TITAN?

Over use can interfere with testosterone production and lower its output, but through topical application this is rarely an issue.

Steves log for TITAN 12%dht gel

This guy wrote a review on my site and I was inspired by this guy, very honest and deliberate , a guy struggling with feelings of insecurity. 3 months after first buying Titan, the guy has seen changes, and even more importantly felt them. He feels more confident and that’s a continued journey to where he wants to be.

Here are a list of reviews from the website for titan so far.

rob (uk) – 12/03/2016:

Been using this for 12 weeks, had it checked first, its supposed to be 12% dht but its actually stronger, was 14%. And real DHT so that was good, also ive gained 1.3 cm in length already. I will be running this for at least a year.
Thank you Russianstar for bringing out an amazing product, customer for life here. Don’t like the DMSO smell though haha. Best thing is flaccid length is up nearly 0.7 inches!! And balls look swollen, erections seem harder but that might be my imagination. I will let you all know how it goes!
RUssianstar – 13/03/2016:

I am glad to hear of your results , I’m sure there will be a lot more results before long.
Thank you, R.s

I wont say my name as I am a little embarrassed , but I want to share my experiences. I have micro penis, and the nhs wont help me as they say I’m of sound mind, what a joke, anyway in November 2015 I came across this. Ive been using it 3 x a day every day, nhs told me it would need 3 years of dht application so I’m not expecting miracles.

4 months in I have increased in length 0.5 inches which for me is massive, I’m using a pump now as I was too small to use it earlier and every day it feels stronger and longer, this may well change my entire life. if it does you deserve the nobel bro! Thank you hope you don’t mind me posting this up you can moderate it if you like.

    Thanks again DR WHOO

Cigarguy19 – 28/04/2016:

I can’t give a full review yet, as I just tried it today. I was waiting by the mailbox like a hawk. I did not notice a strong smell. It must be from your new batch. It’s more of a liquid than a cream or gel. That makes it a little difficult to measure. Other than that, I’m glad you made this. I’d love to know where Rob had it tested. Here’s to bigger and better things.

levi.filimanov – 02/05/2016:

Thank you so much bro, I can message rob on here and find out for you.

Like I said, the smell isn’t as strong as I’ve read about but it is kind of a metal smell. Dries out the area in which it is applied. However, dryness can be fixed. My first comment is still waiting approval after a few days. Hope you’re still there.

levi.filimanov – 02/05/2016:

Sorry bro didn’t see the comment come in, thank you for your honest review, maybe I can work on the dryness with the next batch.

Cigarguy19 – 12/05/2016:

Wow Levi. I’m impressed. I’m starting to notice a bit of growth after 2 weeks. Thank you for making such a high percentage at a decent price. Bango is correct about the other product; low percentage and very high cost. Gives a nice tingle when applied too, lol. Must be the vasodialation. I should probably get my testosterone level checked to make sure it’s not getting too high. Thanks again.

#UFC ,TUF 18 episode 4 Rousey gets blousey.

I am a huge fan of Rhonda, especially all that she has done in helping make female MMA a sport to be taken seriously. I must admit that her little displays of macho behaviour are somewhat underwhelming her respectability as a UFC fighter, and a champion at that. I think though that instead of going to see guest coach Dennis Hallman and getting in his face, Maybe she should have stopped her own coach, from making such a fool of himself for the second week running… Making ridiculous comments like we will do this when there are no cameras, and he was saying it with his heart in his mouth, just look at the video again, Typical body language of someone who was already realising this was a very bad idea.

Maybe we could see a match up at the TUF final, between Dennis Hallman 52 wins and 14 losses, And Mr im going to eyeball everyone Edmond  Taverdyan, 2 wins against 2 unknowns. Brilliant how Edmond was telling Dennis, they would get kicked off the show as they walk to the octagon, reminded me of a dog with its tale between his legs. Hilarious, and it was real TV gold.

Rhonda’s word choices are just crazy,I love the “you act tough behind twitter, we are tough all the time” Comment from the last episode, but she out does herself in this episode.  I quote “If your team disrespect us, we are going to find a way to let you know that’s a bad idea, I’m the only one who can fight officially” And Rhonda, You did start it, and you will probably keep starting it, even after you fight Meisha. Rhonda get over it, or jealousy will eat you up and consume you, and your not a guy, so don’t swagger.

The fight was between Jessica Rakoczy vs. Roxanne Modafferi

Despite sharing her name with a Porn star, Jessica is no joke, she is real hardcore,  don’t let her Motherly persona fool you, She lost her mother at 15, Then just as things started to pick up in her boxing , she was involved in a pile up, a multi-car accident that injured her neck, shoulder, back and knee prevented her from competing, And just after recovering from that, and making a solid claim for the Canadian national Boxing team, an ill timed punch broke her wrist on her opponents head. Despite all that, She won major boxing titles at lightweight, mainly because her speed and technique were far beyond most of her more experienced peers, and she developed K.O power, knocking out one opponent in 38 seconds. When she turned to MMA the change seemed to cause Jessica problems with 3 straight losses, and a ban followed because of taking painkillers and not informing the Arena Doctors. However she rebounded by returning to boxing, rising to 33 wins 3 losses and 12 k’0s. Her boxing is superb, and mentally as well as physically she has all the attributes to win this season of TUF.

Roxanne is a bit of an Oxy-Moron, she looks like a Geek, and is very intelligent, she can speak a few languages, she has a lovely friendly disposition, but.. she knows Jujitsu, and despite her stand up being pretty weak, her ground game certainly isn’t, One of the pioneers of Womens MMA her record may look a little weak, but she has vast experience, however fighting Jessica was not a clever move by Meisha Tate.

The fight really was always out of Roxanne’s reach, Jessica’s foot work and strength made life very difficult for Roxanne, and even when she got it to the ground, Jessica showed a vastly improved ground game an was able to escape any potential submission attempts from Roxanne, Great coaching by Rhonda’s team. In round 2 Roxy attempted an armbar, Jessica lifter her up and slammed her, and it looked like Roxy was already unconscious to me, But she rallied and survived a few more moments and then a huge right hand, and a couple more shots landing flush, the ref stops the fight.

You can see how well liked Roxanne is, as there were no real cheers until very sportman like behaviour, or sportladly like behaviour from Roxanne asking for Jessica who was celebrating, though somewhat subdued, to come over. Jessica hugged Roxanne who seem inconsolable, and everyone cheered glad that she was ok. Some really sweet comments from other in house fighters saying how protective they felt for Roxanne really showed the calibre of person she is, and how well respected.. Her stand up needs serious work if she is ever to be a top level MMA artist, but I do not doubt she has the heart to put in the effort needed.

A win for Jessica, who despite an injury was able to show a great ground defence, and high level standup, she could be a real contender for winning this season, her athleticism is probably the best in the house, and she has fire to win, and great coaching.

Thanks for following my blog, MMA in the UK is growing, and I want to be a part of that.

Kindest regards Russianstar.

UFC 165 The pretender to the crown!

UFC 165 that takes place on the 22nd of September in Toronto, Canada, may be the toughest challenge for current Light heavy weight fighter Jon “BONES” Jones. He will face the slightly taller Alexander “THE MAULER” Gustafsson.

Bones is arguably the most devastating fighter in the UFC, he doesn’t have one punch knockout power, not that we have seen, but he delivers a huge array of strikes that cause huge amounts of damage. Weather he decides to use his length to stay away from The Maulers knockout power, or tries to take Gustafsson down might be key. However Bones fought against one of the best counter attacking strikers, and even had his chin tested when he fought Machida, but stood firm and showed on the feet he can stand with anyone. We know his wrestling is world class, weve seen his striking, but have we seen him fight someone as good as Gustafsson before? I say no, Gustafsson is a powerful striker, a tremendous athlete, his personality shows someone with tremendous mental strength and belief, he doesn’t need to trash talk, or big himself up, and that speaks a lot of someone who is still new to this game, Jon jones thinks its because he is timid, and a bit shy, But he shows by his psyche its nothing to do with either, instead he has so much confidence he doesn’t need to be a showman. They say the quietest men at the bar are the most dangerous, And I predict a really difficult fight for Bones.

Sadly this fight has come a bit to soon for Gustafsson, But im sure after his performance on sunday, it will change the light heavy weight division, and the weakness of Jon bones jones may just be exposed, his stand up defence. Bones is so good on his feet, he sometimes forgets to keep his hands up and circles towards the opponents dominant hand, And I think that will be where Gustafsson will get his biggest opportunity to cause damage, that is if Bones chooses to stand, I don’t see Gustafsson’s take down defence being good enough to keep it standing, but his jujitsu is good, and we nearly saw Belfort capitalise on Jones leaving his arms available to grab as he tries to drop elbows in the mount, With Gustafssons active guard, and long limbs and body, it might make dropping elbows a lot more difficult for Bones who normally dwarfs his opponents.

Bones is the best all round fighter the UFC has ever seen, with some of the most brutal fight game, and tremendous flair for flashy moves that cause a lot of damage. Cardio wont be key as both have tremendous cardio, both have good chins, And the only noticeable loss for Gustaffson was to a wrestler, Phil Davies. He has worked very hard on his submission defence, and I cant see him losing like that.

If it goes to a decision Bones will have landed more significant strikes, and more take downs, If its a TKO it will be Bones who gets that with his brutal fighting style. If its a K.O then that’s the only place I see a possible victory for the pretender to the crown. I don’t see a submission taking place, I think both fighters are too strong and too good at defending submissions now. The pretender to the crown will get another chance, but this one goes to Bones, but I think hes going to get a bit of a surprise from the swede, who is a lot better I think than even his fans realise, its not just his fighting ability, but his mind-set. Get used to him, because he will be a long time contender.

UFC 165 will be one of the best cards of the year. I cant wait to watch it on BTsport in the U.K, so a big thank you to the UFC for such a great card!.

Until next time RS.

TUF 18 episide 2 sore losers and a lot of pent up jealousy.

#UFC, I have watched all the previous TUF seasons, but this has to be the most interesting and compelling, I could write a case study on Ronda Rousey who is managing to display all the signs of jealous envy available to her, despite seeming to have the upper hand as a mixed martial artist based on her previous fight with her opponent Meisha Tate.

It seems her of lack of control wore off on Shayna Baszler who without a doubt is the most experienced TUF competitor in the female ranks, so one would think she could act in a professional way and keep her emotions to one side. We all know fighters like to trash talk, but her lack of humility has won her no favours after a resounding loss.

Instead of everyone being able to focus on arguably the most attractive TUF contestant Julianna Pena, and her notable victory over Miss Baszler, all we have had is complaining and excuses from someone who used to have a lot of respect. The thing is, if you have the audacity to put the death card in someone’s cleavage, you really need to back it up with a top performance. Her psychology was typical of many who fight on the show, they act the part, but they show by so many signs they are defeating themselves before the fight even takes place, she was talking in a way so that she could make herself believe she could do it, instead of having faith that her actions needed no backing up with cheap words, she was so scared of her opponent, a relative unknown usurping her, that she didn’t even focus on what she does best, mentally she was beaten. and as soon as she started to get beat up, she split open, as she was already broken before the fight started. She disrespected Miss Pena, and that gave her even more drive to destroy someone that she had previously had a huge amount of respect for. Shayna, you wondered why you had always missed the boat to the UFC, I think you answered that quite resoundingly yourself, Mental toughness, and your seeming lack of it.

Ronda’s inability to keep a lid on her envy of Meisha tate could end up being her undoing, it doesn’t matter how good you are, if you lose it mentally your opening yourself up to a loss, so hopefully her coaches will help her regain control, perhaps it was her own selfish desire to beat Meisha tate that caused her to make such a bad first pick, give Baszler an easy as possible route to the finale would of been my choice, to try and get my team to with the TUF, That wasn’t how Ronda’s brain worked, and shes got a 0/1 on the board now because of it.

I still think the teams are pretty even, and its early days, but unless Ronda learns to relax and really gain her teams respect, I cant see things getting better for her or her team.

The next episode hopefully will provide us with as much entertainment and as much psychological material to motivate further discussion.

Its easy to critique from an arm chair or in front of your computer, but if you put yourself out there, you have to expect it, criticism that offers insight is invaluable if its valued.

Hope you read my next article soon. RS
